In a smoky Danish jukejoint I discovered the band Geert & Hvorfor (Geert and why) Geert sings and Hvorfor is his automatic keyboard presets it seems? Clearly the band aimed for 70’s/80’s style Dansktop or Schlager music, but their zany lyrics and weird phrasing reminds one more of Wesley Willis and Eilert Pilarm than James Last. Lyrics are in Danish, and for the non speakers, know they are sometimes explicit
